Jonathan Saunders for Target Colorblock MiniSkirt Size 3

Jonathan Saunders for Target (GOInternational) colorblock miniskirt. Ordered off Ebay, never worn. Size 3 Juniors (31" waist, 16" long)

The shape of this skirt is fairly up and down - it is pretty straight through the hip and seat.  As you can see from the photos, there's no slit in the back to allow for movement.  What roughly corresponds to the hip area is 17" side to side - thus less than 34" hip would be ideal.  There is a small amount of stretch (maybe 1/2" to an 1"?) all around it.  The skirt is meant to sit low on the hips anyway - but it is constricting unless you really are a size 3-5 Junior's.  (I'm more like a 5-7, with a bit of a booty, so this is just too constricting for my hip/butt area.)

Tiny yellow-brown stain on hem at back - so faint it barely photographs, but it is there.
