Vintage Black Bodycon Velvet Burnout Dress S/M

Vintage black bodycon velvet burnout dress with beading at neck and short sleeves.  Body is lined for no-show; sleeves and 1.5" of hem are sheer.  Size S/M - stretchy and curve-loving.  Shoulder-pads and V-back.  Length from underarm is 27.5".  Label reads "Piccalino Petites."  Shoulder-pads and cotton hang-loops have wear, but function fine.  Dress outer is soft and beading impeccable.
