SOLD DIY Blue Painted Necklush

Lightweight DIY necklush, made from cobalt blue jersey.  I've sponged black and white fabric paint on it, and added neon lime paint drips.  (The neon lime makes those areas a bit stiff to the touch.)  You can wear it long or loop it over for more "lushness."  A lightweight and pretty summer accessory.  About 27" long unlooped.
