DIY Plaid Bustier Dress Size S/M

Plaid bustier dress DIY'd from a man's shirt in this tutorial here (I later removed the peplum from the tutorial).  Strip of fabric in waterfall effect down front.  Back zip; elastic at bust to hold in place.  Gathered tulip skirt.  Fits a Small/Medium.  Length at CB is 22.5".  Worn once for the photo.
